Merit Properties, Inc., performs the full range of management, administrative, consulting and financial support services necessary to proficiently manage your property and to assure the continuing value of your real estate investment.

With over thirty-five years of experience in the construction industry, Michael Piscitelli and his associates is knowledgeable in all phases of construction and has successfully supervised the growth of his business into a well-established and reputable company. Merit Associates takes great pride in their ability to help their customers find the right balance to achieve the level of quality, style and features they want, at the price level they can afford.
The Merit Group has a broad range of talents in both new construction and interior and exterior renovation work. Many of these projects are undertaken to serve the best interests of the community. Such projects include renovations to elderly housing apartment buildings, nursing homes, schools, and churches. Other renovation and new construction work includes retail pharmacies, franchise restaurants, banks, auto dealerships, residential homes, commercial office spaces and buildings.
